How the Facilitation Desk works

From filing to closure in four transparent steps — every ticket carries a reference number, a responsible department and a deadline.

  1. File your complaint

Register online in minutes — institutes, vendors and trainees alike. Trainees only need a CNIC; no account required. You receive a reference number (e.g. FIN-2026-000123) and a QR receipt instantly.

  2. We triage & route

The desk classifies your ticket and routes it to the responsible wing or regional office based on category, district and program — automatically, within minutes of filing.

  3. Resolution within SLA

Every category carries a service standard (SLA clock runs on business hours). If a deadline slips, the ticket escalates automatically — Helpdesk to Director/DG, then ED, then Chairman.

  4. Confirm & rate

You verify the resolution — confirm it, or reject it with a note if the issue persists. Closed tickets invite a satisfaction rating that feeds department scorecards published on this site.

Automatic escalation ladder

Deadlines are enforced by the system, not goodwill. If a level misses its clock, the next level is notified automatically.

L1 · Helpdesk — first response & triage
L2 · Director / DG — department oversight
L3 · Executive Director — executive review
L4 · Chairman — final redressal
